HVAC duct manufacturing, engineered.

Duct lines that tell you what they produced.

Ductvia builds automatic duct lines, auxiliary machines and round duct equipment for HVAC fabricators. Every line ships with a control layer that measures output, sheet consumption and downtime — monitored remotely.

A

Measurable output

Piece count, metrage, scrap and downtime — visible on the line and in the office.

B

One-source turnkey

From layout to commissioning, training to spare parts — one point of contact.

C

Engineered for export

Designed around your grid, material, climate and service reality.

The range

From a single machine to a complete plant.

Four product families covering the full duct-shop production chain — engineered to work alone or combine into one continuous line.

01

Line 3 & Line 5 — automatic rectangular duct lines

From uncoiled sheet to a flanged duct section — one operator, one panel. Line 3 covers uncoil, level, cut, notch and lock forming. Line 5 adds TDF flange forming and additional form stations.

  • 0.5–1.5 mm galvanized
  • TDF & Pittsburgh
  • Automatic nesting
02

Auxiliary machines

Not every plant needs a full line. Flanging can't keep up, cutting is slow, lock quality is inconsistent — auxiliary machines target these bottlenecks and later slot into a full line.

  • TDF flange former
  • Multi-function lockformer
  • CNC plasma table
03

Round & spiral duct equipment

Round duct offers lower pressure drop and better sealing at the same airflow — the shortest path to selling an added product line to the same customers.

  • Spiral tube former
  • Gore-lock elbow
  • Reducers & flanges
04

Turnkey production plants

Building a duct plant from scratch is different from buying a machine. Wrong layout, wrong capacity calculation or a missing intermediate step wastes even good machines. We take responsibility for the whole scope.

Ductvia Connect

Every line, engineered to report back.

Machines that produce but don't report belong to another era. Ductvia Connect is the control and data layer on top of every Ductvia line. Trend changes in critical components raise a warning before a failure happens.

01 / MEASURE

What it measures

  • Piece count and total duct metrage (shift / day / month)
  • Sheet metrage processed and scrap rate
  • Cycle times and line speed
  • Downtime and downtime reasons
  • Operator and shift performance

02 / DISPLAY

How it shows it

  • Live production panel on the line's touchscreen
  • Remote dashboard from your office or another country
  • End-of-shift and periodic reports

03 / ALERT

What it warns about

  • Trend deviations in motor current, cycle time and sensor response
  • Components approaching scheduled maintenance
  • Unusual scrap increase

No internet connection is required: the line runs and stores data locally. Remote monitoring and remote support need a connection.

Process

Seven steps, from conversation to production.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Target capacity, product mix, existing equipment, floor and budget.

  2. 02

    Technical offer

Line configuration, capacity calculation, layout, scope of supply.

  3. 03

    Engineering & build

Detail design and manufacturing, with progress reporting at each milestone.

  4. 04

    Factory acceptance

The machine runs with your material at our facility before shipping.

  5. 05

    Ship & install

Container loading, customs documentation, on-site mechanical and electrical commissioning.

  6. 06

    Training

Operator and maintenance training on real production, documented in the target language.

  7. 07

    Lifetime support

Spare parts, remote support, periodic maintenance and software updates.

About Ductvia

The real problem in a duct shop isn't the machine — it's not knowing.

Almost every duct fabricator struggles with the same three questions: How many metres per hour is this line actually producing? Why was scrap higher this month than last? When the line stopped, for how long, and why?

In most plants the answer lives in the operator's memory and a rough tally at month end. The machine produces, but it doesn't tell you what it produced.

Ductvia was founded to close that gap. We design, build, commission and support the machines at every step — from uncoiling the sheet to a flanged duct ready to ship — and the fully automatic lines they combine into.

We manufacture in Türkiye and export mainly to the Middle East, Africa and the CIS: European-equivalent engineering, accessible investment, short lead times and support that continues after delivery.

How we work

I

We speak in numbers

Not "high-efficiency" — piece count per hour and scrap rate on screen. Every claim carries a number.

II

Scope is written

What is included and what is not — both listed. No surprises after signature.

III

Delivery is not the end

A duct line is a ten-year investment. We stay on the line — remotely and, when needed, on site.

IV

Engineered for the site

Local grid, local sheet, local heat and dust. The most expensive export mistakes are compatibility mistakes, not mechanical ones.

Frequently asked

Short answers.

What sheet thicknesses do you work with?

Standard configuration is 0.5–1.5 mm galvanized. Stainless steel and other ranges are available in custom configuration.

What is the lead time?

It depends on configuration and is fixed in the technical offer. Turnkey projects include an installation and commissioning schedule.

Do you handle installation?

Yes. Mechanical assembly, electrical and automation commissioning, and operator training are done by our own team on site.

Is an internet connection required for monitoring?

No. The line runs and stores data locally without a connection. Remote monitoring and remote support require one.

Do you have CE certification?

Certification scope depends on the target market and is planned with the customer during scoping.
